NBR but maybe someone here can help me?

I want to go college. I never went- never knew what I wanted to do and didn't have the desire. Now I have a big interest in being a medical assistant and want to go to college to become one. I want to do it on line thou so I don't have to stop work or loose hours and won't have to find a sitter.
I'm not sure where to begin?

I'd appreciate if any of you ladies could offer me some advice or help on a good college with online courses for it.

Thanks in advance!

  • I believe medical assistant is something you would do at a tech school or community college not a 4 year university. I would start by looking at the websites of some tech schools or community colleges near you.

  • In our area, this is a program that a lot of pharmacy technicians and medical assistants seem to go through. It looks like it is only a certificate.

  • I went through MA training 10 years ago and it was very hands on, like phlebotomy cannot be taught online. I just started classes through CSU-Global online last week to finish up my bachelors and let me tell you it's very hard with the baby! Good luck and if that's something you want to do I'd pursue it! :)
