All day nausea anyone?

I'll be 7 weeks soon and my nausea has kicked in overdrive! All day nausea that feels like a horrible hangover. I started having a heightened sense of smell at 5 weeks followed by food adversions up until now where I basically detest food. Literally, the thought of food makes me want to gag. My meals are very limited; soups, crackers, water and ginger ale. Can anyone relate?

I was like that just a couple days ago. I just started eating yesterday but still not a lot without gagging. Nothing really helped me but having a hard candy or a lollipop in my mouth helped a little. Hope you feel better tomorrow!
  • Yes. Me me me. All. Day. Long.

It's awful. And I eat because I know I'll have to. Honestly I'd rather starve than even open the fridge.
  • I have it all day long as well, but the funny thing is the only time I don't feel sick is wheni am eating and I still get hungry. Just when I am not eating I feel horrible.

  • Yep just like with my dd. hopefully it ends at 12 weeks again. The worse is every time I brush my teeth I have to run to the toilet and then have to do it all over again!

All day long for me too, the thought of food is wonderful but one bite and it comes right back up, yuck! I keep a horrible headache and with naseau too the only thing that helps is if I sleep which I can't really do much bc I'm chasing after my 14 month old.. I was horribly sick for the first five months with my son, so hoping I won't stay sick too long with this one.
  • I had that until about 13 weeks last pregnancy, I found saltines did nothing but drinking lots of water and trying to keep some protein down helped for sure. At least your not dry heaving if you throw up all day...which happened to me for weeks. Hopefully yours ends soon and you can get back to feeling better!! P.s I also switched my prenatal to a better brand and my nausea went away! I was using materna but it made me so sick and I use the honest company prenatals now and I never feel sick✌️
  • My 1st pregnancy was such a great pregnancy....this one so far oye.

I am nauseous all the time :-& tired, some pains in my abdomen and been having horrible wisdom teeth pain. It's crazy how no pregnancy is the same.

I look forward to it improving.

  • ALL day! It is horrible. I am also almost 7 weeks. I can't even open my fridge door anymore! And I drive a lot at the day care I work at... Which makes it like 20 times worse.
  • All day here too. I only feel good when I'm sleeping. This is my 4th and the best advice I can give is to stay hydrated. I know water makes you want to gag but I can keep it all under control by forcing myself to eat a little bit every couple hours and drinking a ton of water. It goes against your instinct but it works! Hang in there...it gets better!
  • Thanks everyone, glad I'm not alone. Hope us ladies feel better soon so we can all stuff our faces, lol :P
