Clomid+Dexamethasone+Met+Trigger+IUI #1

I don't think I necessarily have a question, maybe just need some reassurance or support. I am feeling very hopeful this cycle and think this may be a step in the right direction. In the past I have responded to clomid but my follies have never gotten big enough. Last cycle we were so close but they just sort of stopped, so we never made it to trigger.
This cycle they gave me an 3 options and I chose the 200mg clomid for 8 days plus dexamethasone with Met, Trigger and IUI. I really feel it will give us that push to get us to the trigger and IUI.
I just want to ovulate. Obviously, I am hoping for a BFP but if I could just ovulate for once that would be great. I am on CD6 and already anxious for my ultrasound to see how things are progressing. Have you ladies ever done a cycle like this?

Just so excited that I wanted to update.... We went Saturday and had two mature follies... not sure of the size because I get a little confused on that but the nurse said averaged they were 18. But the doctor was very pleased. My E2 came back at 636, which from what I understand is GREAT! So we triggered Sat. night and did the IUI Monday. After the wash we had 48 million which they said was great.
This is going to be a long 2ww, but I will try to enjoy because as of right now we have hope and an actual chance!
