And where did you get it? MIL gave us some money to buy the next car seat so I'm trying to decide which one and where I can get the best deal on it. I know it has been discussed before but I can't remember what was said and I didn't save it.
We have the Boulevard for my car, since he's in it most and it has the better side impact protection and the Marathon for DH's car, since it is lighter and easier to travel by airplane with.
Britax seats normally go on a good sale in September and February on several different websites (including amazon, babyage)... here is a link talking about it and price ranges...
We got our Roundabout, which we love, as a gift... but if I had it to do over, I would probably get one with higher harness slots (like the Marathon, Boulevard, etc), as DS is tall and will most likely outgrow the Roundabout before he is truly ready for a booster. (We will most likely get a seat like the Graco Nautilus later that converts to a booster - but that's too big a seat for your DC).
we have 2 Marathons. I like that it goes all the way up to 65 lbs.. However, it's big... We bought ours in Sep on Amazon.com during the 'sale'.. They were a great deal.. I think we paid $180.. they are usually $265ish... I found BRU to be the most expensive...
We have the Boulevard. ?It was a gift from DH's parents... I think they got it at albeebaby??? ?Anyway, DS is still in his infant car seat, so I can't really comment further.
We have one Boulevard and 2 marathons. We got them on online when it use to be cheap...around $180 or so. DH got our last marathon just recently on Ebay and there was a 25% cash back on live.com And so it was around $170 something.
We have the Marathon. We registered for it at BRU and my work bought it as a group gift. We just switched over to the Marathon on Christmas since Rena was already too tall for her infant seat. She loves the new carseat since she can see everything outside.
Not sure if this is too late but I just got a closeout Roundabout for $154 free shipping on Amazon. I have the boulevard for my car and love it but I thought a smaller lighter seat would be better for DH's car now that he is going to start sharing daycare dropoff/pickup responsibilities.
