The worse cramping pain I have ever felt!

As I was on my first break at work (and a full break room) today I experienced the worse below the belly button pain I have ever felt!! I doubled over from horrible cramps/pain. To top it off I started crying in front of everyone!! It was from the pain and I think the shock of how much it hurt..Geez I feel like such an idiot!! Ftm, and I have no idea what feelings/pains I should expect.

    Sorry you went through that. Did anyone check one you? Did you call you doctor?

    I didn't call the doctor. The pain didn't last long and I felt/feel fine afterwards

    Ouch! Call the doctor. Even if it went away. Just check in with them.

    Yes due Oct. 20. I have an ob appt. this thursday. Figured I would talk to her about it then. I didn't know if anyone else has felt this way. And I'm not sure what Braxton Hicks feel like.

    In my experience, Braxton Hicks are just a weird tightening. Definitely not the kind of pain that would bring you to tears. I would definitely call the on call nurse and tell them what happened.
