I actually read somewhere that kegels do nothing for your pelvic floor, which I'm assuming is why you're talking about them. You want to do squats to strengthen that.

I have never heard this. I have heard not to do them while peeing, unless you want a uti. Nothing is more fun than a uti while PG.

Go to the website & watch the video - when you squat your bowel stretches out making for more complete elimination. I used to strain & not anymore. @qanda2013 I'm trying to figure out how to get one in my suitcase for traveling!
