Cleaning pack n play

Has anyone deep cleaned a pack n play before? We bought a used one from a local mom and while it looks pretty clean and is in good condition I was to make sure it's ACTUALLY clean. Will wiping it down with some multipurpose cleaner work? Should I soak it in the tub?

What have you guys done?

    Maybe wipe down with a diluted soap or vinigar solution? I'm not really sure. I got mine new for DS, and the few times I've had to clean it, I've had to REALLY clean it. :/ Once, I needed the carpet spot shot cleaner to get the throw up smell out.

    I'm interested in any ideas.  I've never cleaned mine...and it's been outside and down to the lake...so I'm sure it needs to be cleaned!

    @SoSayWeAll‌ that is so disgusting I absolutely have to try it! My PnP was largely used as a CD drying rack in the winter months, but he did sleep in one at my mom's. I'm curious to see how they look...

    I threw mine in the tub with 3-4 cups of vinegar, sprinkled about 1/2 a box of baking soda, and a little free & clear detergent & filled the tub up with hot water. I flipped it and shook it around every 30-45 minutes for a few hours. DH rinsed it really good in the shower and then when it stopped dripping, I set it up & let it dry the rest of the way. The water was so gross, and we didn't even use ours that much with DS.

    I'll be right there with you!  We got one as a hand me down that has very little wear & doesn't look dirty at all, but after seeing that Pinterest link, that sucker is getting more than a wipedown!
