Sharing photos on TB ..

Ugh. I swear I am not this computer illiterate !

When I try to use photobucket to link a photo to a post or my siggy -- I can't make it smaller. I resized a photo in photobucket, but when I copy + paste the link, it's too big. Is there a way to resize on TB? Or another photo sharing site that doesn't suck?
