Baby shower tips

I am throwing a Fiesta baby shower and we are going to do a taco bar. There will be 50 people invited so we won't know the exact number attending until closer to the date, but I'm trying to budget.

How much meat do you think I should plan on for 50 people? Also what are some good side ideas for a taco bar? I think I remember seeing people do taco bars for birthdays so any ideas would be greatly appreciated :)

    Guacamole

    Taco sauce

    perfect thank you! Any idea how much meat to plan on for 50? like how many lbs of meat per how many people? 

    I love the idea of black bean and corn salsa. I have a delish recipe.

    GDI. I knew I shouldn't have clicked this threat. The taco cravings are bad and my shells and alfredo (or whatever the hell it is) isn't comparing. Maybe I can talk DH into Taco Cabana tonight...

    oh my gosh I love those! Do you use Doritos? I went to a fair recently and they made them with Fritos. It wasn't the same. Maybe I'll put out some bags of doritos too. Thanks!
