  I think serving it with the salad and broccoli and green beans is just fine! After all, if it's the only thing she's craving lately it shouldn't be an issue.
  
  If it were me, though? I'd grill up some chicken breasts or thighs to serve just in case.

  I do feel like you need a protein for the other guests. Do the crockpot ribs.

  I'm from the west and mac and cheese can certainly be the whole show. I make a great bacon mac and cheese casserole. Some nights that's all that we have for dinner. I love the BBQ ribs idea. I'm so hungry now.
