After my previous post, I thought I'd re-intro and try to get more involved around here. I posted occasionally last summer when my fraternal twin girls were tiny and we were struggling with nursing and sleep. They are now 15 months. We're still breastfeeding (I still pump twice a day at work) and we bedshare after their first wakeup around midnight. We babywear when that's the most convenient option. I'm planning to use gentle parenting techniques during toddlerhood and beyond, hoping to avoid time outs and other punishments...we'll see how that goes.
I have a feeling I will be posting more frequently soon as we start dealing more and more with biting, tantrums, etc. That stuff is all getting started now!
I used to be wmorgan003 and I am active on my BMB - May '13.
Re: Re-intro
Toddler twins will definitely keep your hands full! We have had a very easy age 2 with DS, and are rapidly approaching age 3...and NOW things are getting tricky with tantrums, hitting, and even some shows of defiance! I think I need to take a vacation for age 3.
