Secondary IF

I'm back bitches, and I bring a peace offering!

Hello Ladies,

I have fallen behind and been lurking here and there for the past few weeks. I feel like I have missed so much, as I most likely have!  DH and I have done some soul searching on what we are going to proceed with and what is most important for us at this time. We came to the conclusion that we will finish out this year TTC without any medical intervention. After the first of the year, if we still haven't gotten KTFU, we will then seek out help from an RE. We decided this mainly because we are almost through yet another grueling year of TTC, and because it will give us time to meet our personal health goals, or to at least make a dent in them. I am learning to deal with being IR and seriously watch what I eat and how much. I stress eat, and I constantly stress, so I have been having to be really self conscious about it all. I have picked up a new hobby as well, to help ease the tensions of dealing with 2IF. It has really helped to clear my head. I hope you ladies will let me rejoin you all as I know I did have quite a few CRAYCRAY moments previously.

Shall we be friends again!?

  • I think peace offerings normally come in the form of cookies, don't they? ;)

Glad you and your hubby have decided on a solid plan.

    What's your new hobby?

  • When was your last u/s? The only reason I ask is because my RE mentioned to me recently that with pcos you should be cautious when TTC on your own because you'd hate to make things worse by ending up with a handful of cysts by the time January rolls around. Perhaps he was addressing my situation specifically so of course you know your body best and what you need physically/emotionally/relationally but just figured I would throw a word of caution in case you haven't discussed the break with your RE and/or OBGyn. Either way I wish you all the best in your TTC journey, your get healthy goals and your fun new photog skills!!! Oh and thanks for the drink. Cheers!

  • My last was post mc back in november. So almost a year... we are just seeing my ob/gyn right now, and she didn't seem concerned atm, they do em usually every year w my pap, cuz I've had the same cyst so 3 yrs, started the size of a pinhead, aftercthe mc, it was the size of a tiktak. That's the only one they really mention ever... I've asked to have it removed, but they won't unless its causing severe pain or about to rupture which I think is caca personally
