Stretch and sweep and acupuncture tomorrow *update - pissed off*

Hi all, I'm having a stretch and sweep tomorrow at 330 and acupuncture at 5pm. Fingers crossed this gets things moving! I'm hoping by scheduling the two back to back they work wonders together!! ........ So I just got home. My MW refused to stretch and sweep and even check me because their practice is too busy today and tomorrow with babies that they don't want to induce labour. She said if I go naturally, they'll work it out but, that she didn't want to 'add another baby to the list' in the next 48hours if she didn't have to. Then I go to my acupuncture. It was fantastic and super relaxing. But, when it was done, she tells me it takes 2-3 sessions to get things moving. Thanks lady, you couldn't have told me that before I booked?! Ugh.... So I go back for acupuncture on Saturday. I have been a bit cramps today and MW said the head is super low so maybe, just maybe, this will get going soon.

    Good Luck! I tried to have a sweep yesterday - but still too closed up and due tomorrow!  I'm gonna try a long walk in an underwater treadmill today.  Hope it works!!!!

    Oh that soun interesting! We are walking and having sex tonight. Pulling out all the stops. Maybe I should go buy some more pineapple hahaha!

    With my first I had weak contractions starting & some leaking, went in to the dr where he stretched me.  Major contractions started about a half hour later & I had my daughter about 3 hours later!  So good luck!

    I had acupuncture on Friday! It doesn't seem to have done anything so I hope your combo works. Appointment on Thursday and maybe she'll do a sweep? Good luck!

    Thursday I'm sure my doctor will be doing a sweep again.  After that I plan on going for a nice evening walk. And getting the breast pump out.  Again, well aware that if my body isn't ready there is nothing I truly can do to jump start anything.  But one can hope.
