Re: Hold 'Em, Fold 'Em, or Walk Away

  • I'm happily still wearing a lot of it (maxi skirts and tanks) and what I can't wear (too obviously maternity) is packed away in our guest room until we decide about future pregnancies.

  • I voted "give away" but actually I've loaned to a friend for the time being and will take them back for future pregnancies.

  • I am between sizes, so I am still wearing mine. The empire waist dresses look the same as my regular ones.

  • Still wearing mine. I plan to save some of them and throw the stuff that looks worn out away as soon as I buy some new clothes. The one exception is my maternity jeans. They were expensive and are really comfortable so I totally plan to wear them when the weather cools down.
  • Right now they're folded but sitting out in the office.  Packing them away for a future pregnancy is on my list of things to do, which will never get done.

  • What I like enough to consider wearing again are packed downstairs at dh's behest, in case we change our minds. The rest got donated. That was two months ago. After watching me go through the last two months of PPD, he's now discussing when to schedule his vasectomy, so. I will likely donate them.

  • I voted SS. Plan to have a second kid so will definitely need to use them again but at the moment, i am still wearing a few of them because they are so comfy. None of them really scream pregnant so they are definitely wearable.
  • Consignment shop, they were gone by the time LO was 3 weeks old.

  • I only bought 2 shirts and they work non pregnant too so im just going to continue to wear them lol
  • Packed away in the attic... Although H and I said "one and done", neither one of us felt the need to get rid of them, you know, just in case.

  • SS. Still wearing a few tanks, wearing a few other as nighttime nursing tops, and then will be passing them all on to my SIL who is due in march. I will get them back if we have another.
  • They are folded in a laundry basket in a room where I can't see them. I don't want to make any decisions yet ,even though Dh says he is done. I'm not so sure. I think he would possibly change his mind but we need to drop the colic ASAP so he can forget how rough it is at times.

  • I spilled so much on myself while pregnant that almost all my shirts have some sort of stain on them so I will keep them to spill on them with my next pregnancy.
  • Still wearing the pants, but I'm giving the rest to my sister who is due in December.

I'm not new. I just hate The Bump.

  • Most of mine were borrowed. They're going back to their rightful owner so she can lend them out again this week. The pants I own are being folded up and put away for another time. The tops though? Most of them don't look maternity at all, so I will wear them until they fall apart.

I'm apparently one of the only peeps who only fit into their maternity clothes. Of course, as I say this, I am also eating a cupcake, so that might have something to do with it. Fuck it, it's ma birthday yo!

    Happy birthday!

  • @ElTrain5‌ -Happy Bday!!

I swap maternity clothes back and forth with a few different girls - we add a little to the collection each time. I'm going to try to shoot for another spring baby bc A) There are a lot of cute short sleeved tops in the wardrobe and B) it was nice steering away from summer heat while in the third tri!
  • I've had 3 kids in 4 years. I'm done. I voted give away..... Because I already have!

Only wearing my jeans still, may wear maternity jeans forever though! No muffin top and they won't fall off my hips! I do need to get rid of a few shirts that got too worn out. I found the tops I got at kohls didn't hold up very well.

  • Still wearing mine...
  • Saving them for a possible baby#2 and also still wearing some since they are so comfy. After #2 I will either try to consign, give away or donate. I bought all of my maternity clothes from one girl for $200. There are over 100 items. I have way more maternity clothes than regular clothes. I didn't even wear all of them. There are 30 pairs of pants alone! Seems like a waste to only have one kid.
  • Keeping some selling most.
  • Still wearing mine as well…
