Can anyone help explain to me the difference between a swaddle-sack (

@-)
Aside from the obvious, that the "sleep sacks" seem wider at the bottom, which i think is supposed to be easier on the babies hips? Do the police come if you use the sleep-sack style when the baby isn't asleep? Any reason why you would need both styles? Reasons you would prefer one over the other? Anyway to predict if my BB will even like being swaddled once he's here?
I seriously just had a meltdown while looking at the BBB website trying to figure out what things to add things to the registry.
In other news, 22 weeks with an anterior placenta, and i'm finally starting to feel things i'm pretty sure aren't just gas :-bd
TIA for any advice & input (even if its telling me to stop over-thinking things...)
Re: Swaddle Sack vs. Sleep Sack? Explain please...
The sleep sacks are usually just for an extra layer of warmth instead of a blanket. (PSA: Loose blankets are not safe to use in the crib due to the chance of accidental suffocation.)
You can use either. In my personal experience, the swaddles are best for newborns and the sleep sacks work best for 2-3 months and up.
