So sad. He truly was a great comedian and amazing actor. He will be greatly missed.

    I watched Flubber so many times as a kid that the tape (yeah remember those? lol) broke! He was such a natural.

    Uhg, I'm sick. As someone who lost a sibling to suicide, I can only hope this sheds more light on mental health awareness.

    It is such a tragic loss of life.  And so very sad that someone who brought such laughter into others' lives was so depressed and troubled himself.  Mrs. Doubtfire will always be one of my faves.

    @KBowen715, I'm sorry to hear that you lost a sibling to suicide.  Mental health issues really do not have enough focus on them; agreed that more awareness is needed.

    I've never really been affected by the news of a celebrity death, but this one feels different to me for some reason. It feels like losing a family member. My heart aches.

    Same here. I never really care about celebs but this feels like losing a good friend.

    This sucks. I am also not normally upset about celebrity deaths but this one is just different. Suicide is so devastating. I lost my favorite aunt to it and it just hurts my heart.

    This. I am genuinely heartbroken. I have cousins in Italy and even their fb is filled with the sad news. He was so loved by people all over the world. Tragic is not enough to describe this loss.
