So I'm 18 weeks pregnant and still have yet to feel my little peanut move. Sometimes I feel a little flutter but I'm not sure if it's the baby moving or me just being hungry or gassy lol. When did you first feel the baby kick ?
I have to say how much I appreciate Jan15, especially after reading March15's New People post (not the sticky one). The movement issue (amongst other topics) has been addressed more than a handful of times here and I haven't seen anyone get snippy about it. I love it! OP- i am almost 17 weeks and am a STM. I have felt the baby very sporadically for the last two weeks and only when I'm super still and lying down. You've probably already felt baby and just not notices as it can be similar to the other body movements you mentioned.
During my first pregnancy, I didn't feel kicks/movement until 19 weeks, and that was just one roll or something. I felt her again at 20 weeks and then here and there. She wasn't a very active baby.
I had an anterior placenta with my son but that didn't stop me from feeling him. I felt him around 16 weeks and DH could feel him at 18 weeks.
I have an anterior placenta this time too and have been feeling movement for a few days (started at 13w), but nothing too noticeable.

I didn't definitively feel baby first pregnancy until around 25 weeks. Now I know what it feels like and at 18 weeks I've still only felt move a handful of times.
I'm a STM. I actually felt C from the outside around 18 weeks. I'm there now and have yet to feel this one. Everyone is different. Your size, the position of the placenta, the version of your uterus, etc. all play into feeling movement. It will come. It is definitely a happy occasion!
I started about two weeks ago feeling a flutter, DH felt the baby last week. Its just like a tiny little poke! I feel him reguarly now from the outside.
I'm a FTM, 19 weeks tomorrow, and I've only felt a flutter twice. I want to feel this baby so badly. I know everyone is different but I'm anxious about it. I'm hoping she starts dancing around soon!
Around 18 weeks (but this is my third pregnancy). I'm a bit further along than most of the gals on this board (I'm 20 weeks +1 Day now). I may have felt something here an there a bit earlier. I should also say that it's amazing how much things can change in just a week or few days. Around 18 weeks I was starting to feel a few flutters but now this kid is moving around enough to be visible on the outside. Give it a little time, he/she will start doing some major rolling around in there in no time.
I think sometimes I maybe feel them, I am 16 weeks.... but I see them move on u/s and definitely do not feel them while watching. ... FTM, so we will see. Hubby says not til 20 weeks :-)
I am at 18 weeks and I haven't felt them or maybe I cannot tell the difference between the movement and the gas. Waiting patiently. I think it will come to me slow and steady
16+ weeks, FTM. It is somewhat inconsistent. I also have a really strong pulse around my belly button, and that throws me off sometimes. I'll think I feel the baby, then realize it is just my own pulse.
I wish I felt something! I keep trying to pay attention when I am being still to see if I can feel something. One time I thought I felt something, but then I farted...so there's that.
