Its Farmers Market week! I stocked up BIG, so most of my meals revolve around those things.
Sunday: Chicken, corn on the cob & steamed cauliflower Monday: BLT & french fries Tuesday: Steak, corn on the cob & potatoes (all grilled) Wednesday: Teriyaki salmon, steamed broccoli & zucchini & rice Thursday: Volleyball-- fend for yourself Friday: Stuffed portabello mushrooms, corn on the cob and zucchini all grilled. Saturday: Dinner out before our maternity shoot!
Lol I'm so jealous of all of you who actually have the weeks meals planned... Umm I got a pack of chicken out of the freezer this morning so there's a start for tonight's dinner.. I really need to get better at this whole meal planning stuff.
I'm trying to scrape together meals with the odds and ends in our freezer and pantry this week. I'm hoping to do a big shopping trip next week to stock the shelves and deep freezer with necessities for after baby.
Tonight was black bean and cheese enchiladas Tuesday - bfd - breakfast for dinner maybe eggs and pancakes (hoping DH will be in board) Wednesday - stuffed peppers with Turkey, since I didnt make this last week Thursday - left overs Friday - tbd Maybe Chicken stir fry
DH and I are also awful planners. We struggle to come up with menus all the time and then the plan never stays the same. I'm a little worried for our LO. lol
Monday: chicken alfredo tortellini
Tuesday: fast food We are meeting after work for a hospital tour and won't be home until 8pm
Wednesday: burgers on the grill
Thursday: venison roast, hopefully (I keep forgetting to take that beast out of the freezer to thaw!!)

We are moving this week, so I figure some braised pulled beef in the crock pot is a simple one in the new house.
Tues: crockpot pork chops
Wed: meatball subs
Thurs: pampered chef summer time spaghetti
Fri: honey mustard chicken fingers and sweet potato fries ( baked)
Sat: chicken ceasar salads
Tuesday - bfd - breakfast for dinner maybe eggs and pancakes (hoping DH will be in board)
