Anyone have any cute pregnancy announcements for a second child?

 

Any cute ways to ask someone to be a godmother or godfather?

    I always like the "big brother/sister" announcements. For the Godparents something "from" the baby would be cute!

    I originally thought about getting DS a "Big Brother" shirt and just taking some casual candid pic of him and posting it up to see if anyone caught it. But.... lazy.

    I ended up just calling parents and then texting everyone else ....and then eventually made a FB announcement (a very general "Hey, J is going to be a big brother in Jaunary!" kind of thing).  Simplistic and to the point.

    The cutesy thing is so overplayed nowadays.... and if it's too overdone can definitely be annoying.  But to each their own.

    I put my DD 1 in a big sister shirt and took her to a family gathering. NO ONE NOTICED!!! It was crazy! Those who did notice didn't say anything, apparently thinking it was a garage sale find or something. I guess I'll need it be more direct next time, lol.
