    I have been crazy critical of myself this week obsessing about stupid shit, but mostly my body, my relationship with DH/not having sex as much as he wants and my dirty house. I am having a lot of "you suck you should be better than this" feelings. I am a bit overwhelmed with what I feel like are major categories of my life I want to improve but just don't have the time and energy to take it all on.

    Overall I still feel pretty dang good with my ppd. I have noticed that now that I am back to work I have anxiety about the weekends just because I know it's two full days with the kids and afraid I will relapse and go into scary mode. I haven't had a scary episode in a few weeks but I think it is always haunting me and I worry about that lack of control returning.

    Positive: I am going to have an easy work week AND in two weeks I'm going to a concert I'm really stoked about! :)

    I am doing really well still at 10 weeks postpartum. I am still upset or stressed easily if something sets me off, but I'm not nearly as depressed as I was and my anxiety isn't nearly as bad. I still get weird feelings a couple times a day, but I can't figure outs hat they are, why and what's causing them. Just an upset feeling and it goes away quickly. Just hoping that I continue to get better from here.
