sharp pain in my left side*update*

I am 10 days postpartum, I stopped bleeding 2 days ago. Anyway during labor when she dropped i felt her head hit my left hip and when it did a bunch of blood came out. During postpartum bleeding i would get sharp pain in my left hip area and then I would pass a large clot (sometimes 2). I've stopped bleeding now but I still have the sharp pain in my hip. Sometimes it gets pretty bad and I need a minute before I can continue. I'm wondering if i should be concerned or if it's basic postpartum hips going back to normal...

So the dr is running some bloodwork to make sure the pre eclampsia is resolved. I still have a slight high blood pressure but it's within "normal" range. I still have vision issues but the swelling in my ankles is gone. He also said the sharp pain in my side is because of an infection in the uterine lining. It's not bad enough tocause fever or chills but it's there. That's the reason for the cramping/pain and the gushes of blood

4 rounds of clomid, 2 with IUI = BFN
