  I have actually cried over the loving support I have received here...and snorted loudly at the things posted. But yeah...D14 seems to have a bad rep :>

  I think the best post to look at right now to prove who D14 really is is the Afraid and Ashamed post. That could have been a total shit show but it's very calm and full of rational advice for OP. From what I've seen lurking on other boards, they're not so nice to the MUD either. I like my D14ers, even if we are a snarky bunch of classless, husband hating biatches.

  The only people who have claimed to hate us so far are the ladies who came asking really ridiculous questions and didn't get the answer they wanted, flipped out, and then went totally batsh*t crazy. And the rainbows and unicorns lovers that feel sorry for them.

  The dynamic is similar to what I am familiar with on various forums. I think for those new to online communities or are only familiar with forums that are heavily moderated with strict TOS, the dynamic may be off-putting.

  If you don't want or can't handle honest, no hold opinions or answer to your post.... you should post somewhere else. From what I have seen and experienced with my board post and others, they have been honest, sincere, and supportive...

  Bushes or not...D14 rocks. We keep things real, and care for each other fiercely. The ones who got snarky "mean" responses walked right into them or literally begged to be called out. We are there for each other when it matter! Love you all!

  I couldn't agree more. I know I have had some really bad days. And ranted about them here.. and the overwelming support I get is so unbelievable. I can't thank D'14 enough.
