Nickname spelling for Madison

Hi everyone! My husband and I just found out we are expecting a little girl! We have always liked the name Madison but we aren't totally sure what the most common spelling for 'Maddie' is. I have always thought it would be spelled the way I just typed it but my DH isn't sure. I want our daughter to have the "typical" spelling so she doesn't have to always correct people. How would you spell it? Maddie, Madi, Mady, Maddy, Madie?

No periods due to 17 years of ballet and distance running after college. Zero response to 2 months of Clomid, little response to Letrozole. IUI left with 9 cysts = too many viable eggs due to age. On to IVF. Low dose of all meds still produced 37 mature eggs 12.6.11. Froze due to overstimulation.
