27 weeks (not sure on the fruit but feeling big)
How are you feeling?:
I've been feeling good. His movements are getting more and more obvious which is really fun and reassuring.
Any milestones/recent or upcoming appointments?:
3rd trimester today!! We have an ultrasound in a couple weeks. Can't wait I see him again.
Thoughts/vents:
We put together the crib today which is really exciting. I feel like I need to pinch myself because I can't believe that we actually get to do this.

This baked eggplant parm has been a big hit with my husband and I and our friends. It's a little time consuming to make but really yummy and makes awesome leftovers.

How many weeks/fruit?: 4/poppyseed
How are you feeling?: I'm overwhelmed, happy, confused, joyful..still in shock
Any milestones/recent or upcoming appointments?: I have an apt. with the nurse on Sept 18th and my OB Sept 24th..waiting over a month is going to be very hard!
Thoughts/vents: I just found out a few days ago we were expecting. I am so happy, yet so scared. I'm mostly overwhelmed right now. It's so different than my last (first) pregnancy. I was so naive and carefree. This time, I'm worried I'll miscarry, or have a MMC when we go in for our first ultrasound. I'm just so scared, but...I have my family, friends and you ladies to help me get through it! I wish I had a "milestone" to get past...but my daughter died at 37 weeks, so I will not be relaxed until that baby is in my arms screaming! (and then I'm sure a whole new set of worries will come!)
QOTW: Recipe share-- please share with us a recipe that you love to make/eat. I am gluten free, so I use a lot of rice flour subsitute. Tonight I'm making a basic chicken and rice soup. Its like a comfort food. Just white rice cooked in chicken (and gluten free) bullion, with chicken and peas. It's usually my "sick" food, it's good on a queasy stomach.

How many weeks/fruit?: 16 week s- Avocado
How are you feeling?: I've had a bit more energy these last couple of days - shopping two days in a row (thanks to birthday money!) with my boys. I'm still pooped at the end of the day, but I seem to not need a nap halfway through like I did a week or so ago. I haven't been nauseated a lot, either, which is nice. Every now and then it hits me, but it seems to be momentary rather than constant.
Any milestones/recent or upcoming appointments?: Next appointment in 2 weeks, A/S in just over 3.
Thoughts/vents: Wondering when I'm going to start feeling movement. Being that this is my 3rd pregnancy to carry this far, I would have thought I'd be feeling little flutters and such by now, but nothing distinguishable yet. I'm sure it's coming; just seems odd that it hasn't happened yet. Also, finally have a little bump!!!
QOTW: Recipe share-- please share with us a recipe that you love to make/eat. DH and I love to cook, and we rarely follow any recipe to a "t", but one I always follow is for DH's favorite Andes Creme De Menthe Cookies. I don't like mint, but DH swears these are the best cookies ever, as does just about everyone else who tries them.
How many weeks/fruit?: 19 weeks Mango
How are you feeling?: I feel great. Have enough energy to do the things that i want to get done. Nesting is in full force.
Any milestones/recent or upcoming appointments?: Next Tuesday is our anatomy scan and i can't wait.
Thoughts/vents: I hope that everything goes well next week with the a/s and i'm really excited to be able to find out what we are having and start calling the baby by it's name

I love to make whole wheat spagehtti with brussel sprouts
sautee onion, garlic and brussel sprouts. add red pepper flakes for a tiny bit a spice. salt and pepper to taste. for the sauce i use marscarpone cheese and thin it out with a little veggie stock. simmer....add pasta to sauce take off heat add parm cheese and sliced almonds.
4 weeks, yesterday... I dont know what fruit poppy seed maybe?
How are you feeling?: I am doing ok... physically, I am crampy off and on, and the tender breasts, severe moodiness & over reacting, I have a bit of an aversion to food period- not because it makes me feel sick, I just am not hungry?- and mild fatuige (I will be going to take a nap after this
Any milestones/recent or upcoming appointments?: milestone wise, nothing coming up in the near future, with my 1st I found out at my 10 week appointment and with the 2nd, I thought I had a UTI and went in for a check around 6 weeks. We have our first ultrasound during the 6 week mark on the 28th.
Thoughts/vents:I have been feeling pretty positive, I am definitely scared shitless, but for the most part, I feel pretty positive about everything... of course, the second I catch myself feeling positive, I start to run through all the scenarios in my mind and that gets me going. I have been having some nerves hit every now and again and that is a weird feeling that I struggle shaking, but in the grand scheme of things, there is nothing that I can do to change the outcome of this, so I should do my best to enjoy being pregnant.
QOTW: Recipe share-- I follow recipes the first time, then make things from memory... hubs hates it because nothing ever consistently tastes the same. I love to cook and make things, I just hate all the planning and prep... So I just go off a whim

Welcome and congrats @jlworden710 and @kflynn81!!!!
@laurenrae Thinking so many positive thoughts for your anatomy scan! Do you have an idea of what you think the sex of your baby is?
@Morethansparrows08 I wondered the same about movement and turned out I have an anterior placenta and I didn't feel him until about 19.5 weeks/20 weeks.
@Linden25 So glad your appointment went well! Love that you are feeling her movement. It is really so amazing!
@linden25 and @jess123456 i think it might be a girl, but we have names for both picked out already. I'm just so excited to be able to find out what we are having. Thank you both for the healthy baby vibes!
