Just found out im having twins. Few questions??

Hey all! My babies are a result of clomid. Is it more likely they are fraternal? Looks like two sacs and there were definitely two placenta. But the doctor only saw one corpus luteum. Could it be too early? Posted in my March thread also but figured you ladies may have some more insight :)!

    I'm 23wks pg with b/g twins who have from the beginning been obviously fraternal. I only had one corpus luteum cyst. It was still 5cm at 13 woks but has gone down to about 3 cm since then. It was giving me some pain around 9-10 wks.
    Diagnosed MFI- low sperm count  
    DS-Born 7/27/11 After 2 years of IF we have our little man
    TTC#2 January 2013
    11 Medicated cycles gave us
    B/G Twins born 10/8/14 @ 32 weeks

    I'm 7 weeks 2 days. Could one of the corpus luteum have absorbed? Do we agree it's two sacs? Definitely two placenta but doctor was weary to say "two sacs" since he said it was early and lining could thin. But goodness they sure do look like two separate sacs

    If there are two placentas, there are definitely two sacs.

    And everything that @AshB62‌ said. My di/di boys are most definitely fraternal.

    Where is the placenta? Now I'm confused if he showed me the two babies and two yolk sacs.. :-/

    I agree. I had mo/di twins and their first u/s looked very different.....just one big black circle w/ two little beans inside. The tiny dividing membrane (like in the diagram above) didn't appear until about 14 weeks.

    I am 25w with b/g twins. At my 7w u/s, my RE only saw 1 CL. I thought for sure that meant they would be identical. Guess that's what I get for thinking I'm smarter than the doctors who told me they were probably fraternal ;)
