NBR: weekend plans?

after weeks of DH traveling, i'm heading out to a girls' night tonight. then tomorrow we are leaving Alexa overnight (together, we've each been away overnight) to head into DC. i'm super excited but nervous as hell. but it will be good times and take my mind off the 2WW

what are you doing this weekend? anything fun?

    Kids birthday party Saturday at a nice park :)

    Church and lunch with friends Sunday.

    We are meeting my IL's at some point, my FIL called and wants to try and "fix things" ugg.....they have seen A once in 5 months...long story! They are nuts :(

    We are heading home this weekend for DH's 10 year high school reunion. I'm a year behind him so I know all of these people too, should be fun!

    For once my ILs are out of town, so I don't have to mess with that drama! Sunday we are going to my grandparent's for a family get together.

    Hoping to get some stuff done around the house! Try to purge the excess junk so I am hoping to be able to get through a couple rooms! Also plan on getting the hospital bag packed - I had a dream last night that I went into labor and I didn't have it ready and I ended up bringing the most random stupid stuff to the hospital and forgot everything that I actually needed.

    Now I'm laid up in bed while DH has all the fun. I got sick this morning and have almost made the bathroom my new room. The worst part is, we have a 2 hour drive home tomorrow so if this doesn't let up, it could turn into 3 hours.

    I overdid it yesterday with regards to recovering from my hysteroscopy, so I'm on the couch now vegging out. DH is on LO duty and he's been a teething nightmare the last 2 days. Poor baby is breaking teeth #13 & #14 now.

    Going to get LO her first pair of kicks tonight so excited! My sis wants to get matching ones.

    We went to our county fair today and now the kids are napping while DH and I try to motivate ourselves to get some stuff done around the house. What I'd really like to do is take a nap myself! We are just going to BBQ later. I'm not sure what we'll do tomorrow, maybe just hit the pool and take the kids for hair cuts.

    We had a bday party for my nephew today. My friends had invited us to spend the night at the beach with them- but LO has been such a disaster at night, it seemed like a nightmare idea.
    We may go down for the day tomorrow, or get a sitter and go canoeing. Well see.
