I've been doing really well, and yet my weight is up by a couple of pounds. I'm hoping it's just water weight since I've upped my water intake and that my body will adjust soon.
I am going to AW a moment though...here's my starting and current pictures from training. The first is from March, the second is this week.
This is my first time participating. I haven't been training long but I've been doing a combo of HIIT and Couch to 5k. It is kicking my butt! I had a mini set back on Wednesday that put me off of exercise for at least a week. But I'm glad I'm staring to get off of my butt and I'm doing something about my weight.
@Penguin173 I know what you mean. I was going through the same thing pre pregnancy. I'd finally gotten to the weight I wanted but I just couldn't find a routine. You'll get there mama.
@magentawarped you look amazing! Keep it up ladies! I'm still working away at it, getting out for more walks, my back is really bad though. Not much going on for the scale but my clothes are fitting nicely

Have you tried a chiropractor? It's seriously the only thing that got me through my pregnancy.

Its on my to do list, I've really been meaning to go. I'll book an appointment today!
I've been doing medifast for 3 weeks and have lost 14 lbs!!! So far it's the only thing that has worked and people are actually starting to notice. From march I have lost a total of 44 lbs, I still have 39 lbs to go to get to where I want to be but for the first time I feel hopeful :-)
