If you dreamed the baby was a girl or a boy, was your dream incorrect? I dreamed my first was a boy and the dream was right...I know a number of women whose dream was accurate, but I'm wondering if there are just as many who dream the wrong gender.
I have a REALLY high rate of guessing the gender of other people's babies, but am 0 for 2 with mine. Definitely dreamed the wrong gender too!

No, I mean gender. If my son undergoes gender-reassignment surgery then I'd say my dream was wrong, and I had a girl. As it happens, he's nearly 6 and has always been very happy as a boy so as of now the dream was right. But thanks, I'm sure most people on here actually mean sex.

The word you're looking for is sex, not gender.
This is why I shouldn't post while really, really tired. Sorry for the confusion. I did get a kick out of the genderbread man! What I was trying to say is that I dreamed of toddlers who are interested in totally different things than the toddlers I actually have. My children happen to fit the stereotype for their sex at this age. Then, on a similar but different note, I was trying to say that I have been pretty good at guessing the sex of other peoples children. Does that clarify my post, or just muddy the waters more?
