Clomid days of ovulation?

Hey girls, I was just wondering if any of you all who have used clomid could share which cycle day you ovulated? I'm on my first round of Clomid 50mg and I took mine cd 5-9 and I'm on cd 12 now. I visit my dr on cd 15 to check my follicules and levels but for the times being I was just curious how it affected others.

Sorry I can't help you. I'm on Clomid #3 and still haven't ovulated. I'd be interested to know the answers to this question though! Good luck! FX

MrsS728, have you had cramping and twinging in your ovaries when you take the clomid and didn't O? Sorry I've also been having these twinges (it almost feels as if my ovaries are growing) since the 2nd day of taking clomid but I don't know if that's a good or bad sign!

I don't have an answer but wanted to wish you luck! And see if anybody here knows why some drs prescribe it starting on day 3 and some on day 5

On Clomid #2 (100mg) I had a quick sharp pain around my left ovary, so I was totally excited thinking that I had ovulated, but my OB said, "Nope". I also had nausea, BB tenderness during what should have been my 2ww, but when I went in for the test, it was a BFN. I'm hoping that now I'm being monitored by an RE on my 3rd cycle, that he can figure out what's happening. Knowing my luck I'm probably in the 20% that are Clomid-resistant.

Edited: My OB said that my ovaries were very stimulated and at my u/s on Wednesday I had 3 possibles on my right and 4 on my left. I go back on Monday for more BW and u/s.

It always varies for me. I have O'd on my own (CD 14 and 13), then did trigger shot on CD 11 twice, then another time triggered CD 15.

Since I don't have regular cycles, and I didn't induce a period before this cycle, I can't give you an answer in terms of CDs. But I took clomid 100mg for 5 days, triggered 7 days after that, then ovulated about a day and a half later (very stong O pains).

For monitoring I went in on day 5 of clomid, had a few that were over 10mm, 1 that was 14.5. Went back 4 days later and had 3 that were 17-18ish. My lining was only 5mm so I went on estrace. Went back 3 days after that, had 4 mature follicles, from 19-24mm, lining 7.5mm. Triggered that night. Hope that helps, good luck!!

I o'd late! I was CD17 and then CD24. For the 2 months that I charted while on clomid. I took it day 5-9. and was unmonitored. I however had a lot of the signs that I checked on my own. CM CP temp spike and opk

The past two cycles I took Clomid on cycle days 5-9, got a positive OPK on day 14 both cycles, my surge comes on the same day (day 14) every month whether I'm on Clomid or not. That being said, I went in on CD 13 for an u/s and was sure I would trigger but my one mature follie was only measuring 14.5 (they like to see 20 b4 they trigger) so my guess is I didn't O until around CD 15 or 16. My RE said she sees a lot of patients O a little later than usual on Clomid, but everyone is different.

Sorry can't help.. I took 4 or 5 rounds of clomid, 2 femara but I always felt like I was having symptoms of everything, so I just stop paying attention now and do what I'm told hahaha see I don't even know how many rounds I took unless I look at my charting...

On my first round of clomid (5-9) I ovulated on CD13 an my second round (4-8) I ovulated on CD12. This round I took clomid days 1-5 and expect to ovulate anywhere between CD10-12. I go in for an ultrasound on Tuesday at CD12, but plan on BDing all weekend in case I ovulate early. I should also note that I have a short cycle 24-26 days so I tend to ovulate early.

I'm probably no help as I tend to O early. I O between cycle days 12-13 generally. Prior to medication though I would O around CD10 though, and me Dr did say the medication should push it off a few days, which it did.

Thanks everyone! Also did any of you all develop cysts from clomid? I've been in a lot of pain the last two days and feel sick so I assume that's not due to ovulation lol

With Clomid I have ovulated late in the the cycle, around days 19-23. I did not develop any cysts from Clomid, and I also did feel strong ovulation cramps.

I ovulated on CD 21 and CD 26 on Clomid. Both times I had to take a second set of 5 days of pills after my first monitoring appointment because I wasn't responding. I did get a cyst after my 2nd round of Clomid and was benched the following month. I didn't feel the cyst ahead of time, but I know some people can.
