Need Help- Latch problems with 10 month old

Hi, I am suddenly having latch problems with my 10 month old. It seems like his latch has become really shallow. I've tried pulling him off and having him re-latch but he becomes so upset it's hard to change anything. 

Any suggestions or links? Maybe I'm just needing some encouragement.

    Yeah we had a bad week of latching at the end of the 10th month... And she got 3 teeth right after turning 11 months.
