Sudden increase in spit up

Vin is4m 1w old and this past week or so has stRyed spitting up A LOT.

He a reflux issue for awhile but it appeared to calmed down at the end of three months.

I'm worried bc it seems like he is spitting up his whole meal and we had weight gain issues before. I have his 4 month app next thurs so I'm going to bring it up to the pedi then but also wanted to see if anyone se was dealing w the same thing or handsome I sight?

Vin is EBF if that makes a differenc.

    I was just complaining to my husband about this!! My baby has been spitting up lots more, and seems like non stop today. Idk what to think of that.

    Mine too!! I think it's all the excess saliva from teething. They swallow a ton and it's got to get out of their system somehow! What colour is the spit up? Ours is clear with white bits...

    Took my LO to pedi yesterday because of this. We were both going through so many outfits a day. LO is gaining weight like she should and the massive amount if spit up doesn't cause her pain or discomfort. She is hard to keep still after eating and often gags herself with her newly found fingers that must always be in her mouth. Pedi said not to worry as spit up increases between 2-4 months old and LO is also teething as well.

    And if I'm not changing her or her bib for spit up, it's all the drool. I definitely prefer the drool!

    Oh I didn't even think about the fact he may needs meds increased.

    I actually stopped giving him meds bc he seemed to do better. maybe he needs to go back on. I'll discuss with the doc!

    Same here. Tons of spit up and constant drool. When I wear him in the ktan, I end up drenched. Strangely, at night I don't burp him after motn feelings, and he doesn't spit up when I lay him back down.
