Has anyone heard of the 12 Hours in 12 Weeks book/method and thinking of trying it out? I'm curious, as a few people I know swear it worked for them, but I started to read it and seems to be a little more geared toward FF babes. Wondering if any breastfeeding moms have tried it, or thinking of trying it.
Re: 12 Hours in 12 Weeks - for BF babies?
But then again, I'm a FTM and am really just trying to keep her alive every day.
We escape proof swaddled her and used white noise. We will do the same for this baby.
I'm nursing so I basically just feed her when she wants it during the day. Usually it's 1.5-2 hours between feedings and she's been having more and more awake time. I try and eat/play/sleep like others have mentioned but sometimes she'll feed and then pass out for an hour or so... Once it gets to 8pm I feed her and then try to hold her off and keep her awake until about 10/10:30 where I get her ready for bath/bed. I nurse her in the nursery with white noise/swaddled and put her in her crib after she's nursed for at least 30min.
I'm going to slowly try and up the bed time and try and get her to sleep from 9 to 6.
