So I was at a conference this week and brought my DH and 9 month baby and it was great. On the way back I had a terrible time w the TSA though.
We had to check out of our hotel at noon, but our flight wasn't until 6. The mini fridge wasn't cold enough and combined w the 104 degree weather, my blue ice packs in my cooler for the bottle of pumped milk I had were melting.
TSA agent told me I could not have melted ice packs. I was really angry about this, because I couldn't find anything on the TSA site saying that ice packs for breast milk must be frozen solid. Finally her manager agreed to swab my hands and bags and I was able to go through security w my ice packs. Has anyone else had this happen? Should I complain to the airport?
IVF, acupuncture, meditation and a miracle.
Our sweet Valentine's Day FET.
