Lactation 4 wk

So if I'm pregnant because I haven't gotten a bfp yet but have gotten a bfn a few days ago I am no more than 4 weeks my last period was 11th of July and what I believe was implantation bleeding was 18th I've been having low abdoman pressure and nausea my temp is elevated and my nipples are killing me for about 3 days now and I just looked down because my nips were stinging and I have a bit of milk on them I'm freaking out anyone else experience this? I read online it can happen but I didn't lactate until much later with my first are there any other things this could be from if not pregnancy hormones

    I had it as well because I thought the light pink was the first of my period that Thursday.  That next Monday I got a bfp.

    ETA are you saying you think you might be pregnant and are already lactating from it?

    I think the biggest problem is, if there's enough HCG in your system to cause symptoms there's enough to pop a pregnancy test positive, even the dollar store brand is sensitive to 50units. So I'm going with NO.

    Wow way to troll people you should be ashamed of yourselves. This isn't my first pregnancy just the first with these symptoms. I went to my Gyno today and I am infact pregnant 4 weeks and these symptoms are from the pregnancy. Applaud urself a for being pricks.

    I had it with DD1's pregnancy (1out of 6 though it sounds weird to even say that)
