TTC for 1 1/2+ years - another TWW period

This is my first time writing about the exhausting tww period - These past few months have been a whirl wind between anovulatory months and 60 day cycles.

My bbt pattern this cycle prior to ovulation looked just like last month when I did not ovulate, then out of the blue on CD 20 I got a peak result on my O monitor and FF confirmed ovulation on CD 21!

My main symptom right now is my breasts being sore, and I mean REALLY sore. And the veins are very noticeable. I've always had very sore bbs prior to AF, but nothing like this, especially in the morning. If I do not have a tight sports bra on they are unbearable. Weird thing is they were sore prior to ovulation this month - since cycle day 16. But they have progressively gotten worse. The soreness is worse but it is also a bit different - a warm tingly feeling sometimes.

Looking at my chart, specifically my temp trend, my temp has continued to rise since ovulation. I have done research on this and found a "Triphastic" temp pattern is a sign as well (an addiditional increase in bbt after the rise from ovulation). Do any of you have experience with this pattern? I've attached my chart so you could take a look and see if this pattern could be considered triphastic?

If FF considers it to be a triphasic chart, it'll give you a notification. That said, try not to read too much into it. I've had some very pretty charts over the last two years, two of which were triphasic, and none of them resulted in a bfp. It seems like your progesterone is high this cycle with the sore boobs and high temps, so that's a good thing, and it definitely makes it harder not to get your hopes up.

Regarding some of your questions, it's tough for me to answer. I ovulate every month, and I have very strong progesterone reactions and high temps post-O. When I began the TTC journey, I thought every month was it, but I was disappointed each time. Turns out that we have an MFI issue, so our chances are very low each month when trying naturally even though I ovulate. But if you and your husband's issues are primarily about getting to O, then your chances may be good this month.

The triphastic pattern is associated somewhat with pregnancy but it is definitely just a loose correlation; I've had it more than a few months, and I have never been pregnant. (Sigh. Fertility Friend even sometimes let's me know that a triphastic pattern is detected… then nothing. I'm not complaining though--I find the app/program very useful!)

Good luck, I wish the best for you. Sore boobs continuing from O or before can't really be said to be a pregnancy symptom, even if they're warm and tingly...but since you O'ed well this month on CD20 that means this is a great chance for you, so I hope your TWW goes by quickly and you get that BFP!

I get super sore boobs some months and others I get nothing, Never had a BFP. GL and FX for you though.

I get sore boobs every month as well, and heavy flow.. But this month exceeded the norm.
