Many of you may have seen videos posted on Facebook where people are dumping ice water on their heads to help raise awareness and money for ALS.
This morning my friend called on me to participate. I am be overthinking this over the course of the day, but I want to make sure it is safe to do since I am still in my first trimester. I dont want to shock my body and run the risk of causing a miscarriage (I dont even know if this is possible, but I just want to be careful since this is my first baby). I dont have a history of miscarriages, and I am probably just overthinking this.
Any advice is appreciated! Thank you for your time and input ![]()
Re: Need advice!!! ALS ice bucket challenge question
@StephanieLBerg and @CHickenonsunday Thank you ladies! I thought about the warm water idea too @kbelly777. I didnt want to say it out loud in fear that people might think its 'cheating' lol. I will have to post how it goes tonight!
