I'm thankful for you ladies. You always have your bumpies back, which showed last night when O14 bombarded our board. You ladies have defended me as well and it gave me the warm and fuzzies you guys rock!
I agree with @maelara. I'm so thankful to be a N14 mom!!
I'm also thankful for my sweet husband who supported my decision to leave my career so I could spend every single day with our little girl. I've always always always wanted to be a mommy and he is so supportive of that. I love him so.
I am so thankful for my daughter... she is a ray of sunshine and can always make me smile! Thankful for the LO inside that is using my uterus like a bouncy house! Thankful for my husband that is the most amazing man in the world! Thankful that my grandmother's shoulder surgery went well this week!! And thankful for all of you ladies that have been my companions during this pregnancy!
I am thankful for the N14 ladies more than ever. I feel like last night made us closer for some reason. Something to do with fighting evil together?
I am thankful for SIL and BIL- normally I complain about them, but they have been so generous. They have given us their used crib, a car seat, breast pump, toys, clothes etc. for the LO and they genuinely seem excited about his arrival. They're very odd people sometimes and very self-absorbed, so sometimes it's hard to deal with them, but they are being so kind and giving and it's so wonderful.
I'm thankful for DH. He is just the cutest sometimes I can barely stand it. Last night we were watching Bones in bed (unfortunately I was NOT eating a dick) and I caught him just looking at me and he would brush my hair out of my face or rub my head. At my OB appointment I found out that I have a low lying placenta and he immediately read up on it himself and informed me not to worry because placentas often move (I knew that) and worst case scenario I would have a c-section (I also knew that), but that it's only in about 5% of cases. It was so sweet that he looked it up himself and wanted to comfort me.
1) I am so thankful I got to see my little girl again yesterday for a follow-up anatomy scan and that she is still looking healthy! I'm extra thankful that we *finally* got some clear pictures (due to my abdominal scarring) and got to see her doing baby-like things (smacking her lips together!).
2) I am so thankful for a husband who is head over heels in love with me and our little girl. After the ultrasound tech left the room he turned to me with starry eyes and simply said, "She's so pretty." He's smitten. (All I could think was, how can you tell? it's a glorified x-ray!, but he saw enough to know... )
3) I am so thankful that my husband has started a routine of nightly foot massages with lotion. I never knew my feet could feel so good.
4) I'd be lying if I didn't say I wasn't thankful for the entertainment last night. I love how we can take anything and turn it into laugh-out-loud joking. Love you all!
1. We are going to get SD tonight. I have missed her and am so happy to have her home until at least September (when it would just be a weekend).
2. DD has been very supportive (as much as a 20 mo old can be). She kisses my belly and says baby. But the nicest thing is when she rubs my leg while I am puking. She is taking care of me. :x
3. DH for not saying anything about me not getting as much done around the house. He helps out more and makes it seem like nothing is going on. He also rocked my anniversary gift and hads surprise extra one thrown in.
4. Nesting is my friend. I have begun to declutter and organize. It helps to keep me from getting to lazy.
I am thankful that I am pregnant. It still seems unreal sometimes. Everything has been going so smoothly it almost doesn't seem real. I'm thankful our journey to pregnancy was so much less difficult this time around and the IVF ISCI just simply worked with no complication set backs etc. I'm thankful for how I have been feeling and how easy (comparatively to with DS) my blood sugars have been to control.
I'm thankful for my amazing saint of a husband and all he does to support our little family. I'm thankful for our DS and the little man he is becoming. I'm thankful that in spite of all his little soul went through to find his way to this world that he seems to he all perfectly happy and healthy.
I'm thankful that my dad is still alive after the medical events of the last month. I'm thankful he is in good hands with all the specialists etc. looking out for him & constant monitoring for a down turn in his condition. Hope to be thankful in the near future that he makes it out of hospital alive and they figure out what is going on with him so have him around for years to come.
Today, I am thankful that my original due date of 10/28 got quickly pushed back to 11/9 and I have been an N14 mom since day 1. I am also thankful that I got to have a date night with DH last night (even though I missed the drama) and that my parents always offer to babysit DS for free.
Thankful that me and my coworkers called into the radio station and won over 1,000$ this morning, my daughter was able to write her abc from memory, and our little baby has a whole in her heart but is perfectly fine and it will close according to the cardiologist
I'm thankful for my amazing boyfriend who has been working ridiculous hours for the past 4 months for our little family I'm of course thankful for my little baby girl growing stronger everyday preparing for our world. I have amazing support from all my family and I'm especially thankful for my mom coming around about my pregnancy and being so excited
I haven't been posting long, but I've been here since the beginning. I'm thankful to be able to come here and ask all kinds of questions and get great answers from some amazing women! I have a feeling this girl Wont be staying in until Nov. 1st, but her beautiful picture will be posted here when she does arrive, because I'll always feel like an N14 mom
I am thankful that we hired more people at work so I have a little extra time to spend on the Bump everyday. I missed you ladies!
I am thankful my DH is feeling better, he started the week very ill and running a fever. He slept on the couch the past 3 nights to keep from getting me sick.
I am grateful for my strong, healthy body that is providing a home for my growing child. I'm going to thank it more this evening by going to Gentle Yoga.

ETA: I'm thankful for my sweet niece. Today she turns 4 and she's just so cute and fun. And loves DH which is absolutely adorable!!!
