  • I was down .6 at my weigh in on Tuesday. I'm moving in the right direction but it's frustrating that it's so slow.

    @Kimbus22‌ little changes over time will last longer! Keep up the good work!

  • @Kimbus22‌ It's definitely tough when you're not sleeping well. Part of the reason I joined a gym is that I can't motivate on my own, but I'll go if I'm paying for it.

    I've been doing really well with food, exercise and water, and yet I'm up in weight. I'm hoping it's just water weight and my body will adjust soon to accommodate all the extra water intake.
  • went running this am. so hot! my phone said it was 90 but felt like 103. I went running at 8am. I AM READY FOR COOLER WEATHER!!!

    food wise- I don't think I ate enough protein yesterday. I woke up at 4am feeling hungry nauseous. The worst feeling, ugh. I chugged a water and fell back asleep until 7 then ate a banana and had some tea and honey and prepped a protein shake for after my run.

    My late night eating is what's killing me. I need to stop eating past 8pm!!! Last  night I had popcorn, an apple, almond butter, and spicy cheezits. @-) GOTTA CUT THAT OUT!

    keep it up ladies! everyone is doing great- we all have our days where we just don't feel like working out or eating healthy every meal and that's okay! one bad day won't hurt.
  • I lost a little over a pound. I'm supposed to be maintaining, but I'm having a hard time adding more calories. I'm just so worried that I'll gain it all back. Rationally, I know that won't happen, but the fear is there.
