Clogged ducts - when heat and massage don't work?

I'm at work and have really bad clogged ducts today. I usually pump 5 oz and I could only get 2 out and then milk just stopped coming out. I've got heat packs on and massages like crazy. Any other suggestions?? It hurts like crazy!

    I have heard:
    -hang boobs while nursing/pumping
    -have baby's chin massage the spot while nursing
    -use vibrator on clog while pumping/nursing

    I add heat and massage like mad, but usually can get the too clogs out for 3-4 pumps. I stopped sleeping in bras, even though my nursing bras don't have underwire. I used to get clogs at least once a week (over producer) and haven't had one yet (but it had been less than a week).

    Yesterday was crazy ass busy at work and I only pumped once in a 9 hr period so I had two stints of about 5-6 hrs between pumps. I'm sure that's what did it. I wish I could leave work and get my kiddo to help me out but I won't see him til 8pm tonight :-(
