Any final third tri guesses on what sex baby is?
What has the heartbeat been at these later appointments?
Do you have any other purchases you want/need once you know specifically its a boy or girl (besides a basic like clothing)?

We were thinking girl the whole time based on every old wives tale (craving sweets, carrying high and all over abdomen, high bpm)
But damn the bpm theory! It's always been over 145bpm, but the last two appts were in the 130 & 120 range! Totally screwing us up lol
I can't think of any purchases we'll make based on the baby's sex once we find out. Except an outfit to my sister's wedding in October as H & I are both part of the wedding party... But that's not for a while!

I've still got the vision of a boy as my oldest, but for some reason the closer it gets I actually think it's a girl. So I guess a toss-up. Heart beats have consistently been high 140s to mid 150s.
I started online shopping carts of both boy and girl stuff so as soon as baby is born I can get on and submit the right order so I can get some cute gender stuff coming!!
If I had to guess would say girl just because this pregnancy has been completely different then with my son.
Don't need to buy much. All the big stuff from DS was neutral and can use my SIL stuff if it's a girl. I think I've only spent about $100 getting ready for LO and that includes diapers.
Still here. Due date tomorrow, but no progress as of apt last week.
Heartbeat the last few months has been between 120-130. Dr says we are having a very calm baby. I sure hope so!!!
Neutral room for now. Will add more decorative stuff once baby arrives and of course we need more clothes. We have enough yellow!!!!
The only purchases we have left is more gender specific things such as clothing and monograms things. A friend has let us borrow some of her girl gowns from her little girl and we already have boy stuff from our 1st so we have some stuff for hospital and the first few days home.
I so ready to find out at this point but I love being team green!!
I don't believe in the heartbeat theory. We get to hear our baby's heartbeat twice a week. It ranges from 130-165.
We were team green the first time and had a girl. We have lots of gender neutral clothing and two nephews, so lots of boy clothing. So we don't need to buy anything.
I have thought girl this whole time and will be very surprised if it's a boy! DH and all of my close friends think girl too. Most patients in the office I work at think boy because my stomach looks like a basketball, but I think that's just how I look when pregnant. Definitely carrying higher this time and heartbeat is always in the 140's.
We bought all gender neutral furniture with DS, and kept all his clothes. We have bought some newborn girl outfits that we can return if necessary. I think we could just use some girly blankets and burp cloths, but I suppose it doesn't matter too much:)
HR has been very consistent, 140-145 at every appointment...
Nonclue if its boy or girl, i flip flop all the time! We shall see!
Only thing we want to buy are a few girl clothes if its a girl! All our stuff from my son is all still perfect and going to get aome good use again!

Started TTC in 2006, LOTS of trying, and trying, and 7 rounds of IVF with 13 embryos, 2 perfect little boys and 5 loses....
All finished with babies, started to make diet changes, Keto, to be MORE for my kids, lost 30 pounds, still going, and 3 months in, I had a natural cycle, and then ovulated... Hubs and I are going to see what happens now... Maybe a natural pregnancy? After everything we have been through? Or just a return to normal hormones? We shall see what the future holds!

I agree with how you said that! It's simply weird knowing any day baby could be here and we still don't know. But I wouldn't have it any other way. I want that excitement and anticipation to know what it is during labor. I hope that is my driving willpower to get labor over as quick as possible!
I'm really OK with not knowing. About week 33-35 I was really starting to get impatient and wanted to know, but now that I know it could literally be anytime, I'm more OK with not knowing again. Being team green just makes this so much more fun I think!
We still need a boy name! We can't agree and nothing is feeling like "the one" we've had the girl name set for months!

I had one appointment where a nurse I had never seen before was talking about the HB theory and said it's definitely not true, but for fun she said based off the HB it was girl, but then the HB sped up and she said boy. I always thought it was the other way around so I don't think she even knew the theory.
I cannot wait to find out at this point. I did a very fun, gender neutral nursery with lots of colors. If it's a boy, I'll throw navy in and if it's a girl, I'll throw coral in.
The heartbeat yesterday was around 130, which is lower than usual. But I had fallen asleep while waiting for the doc to come in, so baby could have been resting too.
We don't have much else to buy... Except a bunch of cute cloth diapers, but that won't be until Baby is big enough to fit into them.
Heart beat typically in 150s, but last appointment was 140.
Guesses are currently 50/50 boy vs. girl for every possible "explanation" you can imagine.
I have no idea, I hope it's a girl just because we have no boy's name picked out and it's worrying me! Really though I would be thrilled with either, and we will have a name picked out soon hopefully
