Beeswax?

  I don't know anything about beeswax......what kind of melting point does it have? I would think if it has a high melting point than it wouldn't be safe for cd.

  144-147 degrees. So I'm assuming it's not CD safe.

  My deodorant has beeswax and it seems to wash out of my shirts just fine. I think I'll give it a try.

  Then again......if the melting point is too high it may not melt into the fabric fibers......

  Beeswax is also in Grovia Magic Stick, which is also CD safe.

  www.mountainroseherbs.com is where I get mine. It comes in easy-to-measure pebbles. I make my own butt cream and haven't had a problem with it washing out. It's the same stuff I made to use as body cream and lip balm. Since it always washed out of my clothes, I figured it would be safe for diapers.

  I got a pound of organic pellets for $8 on Amazon. It's going to last quite a while, too.

  I've been thinking about making some sticks when our Magic Stick runs out, since Grovia is no longer distributing in the EU. If you find or come up with a recipe you like, I would love to hear about it!

  I get mine on amazon. The little pebbles are veeery convenient.
