Gerber Soothe Formula Moms - Poop ??

Hey Ladies,

I switched LO from Alimentum last week to Gerber Soothe and at the risk of sounding totally gross, her poop looks like creamed spinach! (Sorry for you creamed spinach lovers out there.)

She has much less gas on the Gerber, but her poop is much more solid than on the Alimentum. I read the color is probably just from the way LO is processing the iron in it, but I was just wondering if it's the same for you LO's. She strains a bit more going and also has been spitting up a bit more on the Gerber, but it's not constant.

I'm just questioning my decision to switch.

    We have been on Gerber soothe for two months- switched from alimentum as well. His poops look like creamed spinach with a little pureed mango mixed in. He seems to like the taste of it.

    So the transition from alimentum to soothe went okay for you ladies? My pedi suggested it after trying other formulas that upset his tummy and reflux. I'm afraid to try it, but alimentum is so expensive.
