This week: getting back on my running routine I have a half marathon in one month! I ran Sunday and yesterday so good start
Goal: get in shape lose a few more pounds
Favorite ice cream flavor: mocha almond chip
Last week- Running, PiYo, and yoga.
This week- more running, PiYo, and yoga.
Goal- Lose another couple inches with this last month of PiYo and keep rocking my long runs.
Favorite ice cream flavor- Homemade brand (has to be this brand) Cherry Cordial.
This week: I plan to keep the routine of running 3 times a week. Also plan to work on watching what I eat more.
Goal: Half marathon in Nov. This month my goal is to run a total of at least 30 miles (eta 31 days in August), a mile for each day. (When I saw someone post about this a few months back, I thought they were crazy, but this should be easy now.)
Favorite ice cream flavor: Publix has a flavor called Blueberry Cobbler.... Ahhmazing!
this week - hitting up the gym but I'm having a quick surgery on Thursday so I'm not sure if I will make it to the gym this weekend.
goal - tone up!
fave ice cream - chocolate, peanut butter, and Nutella combination. It's does exist and it's awesome!! If I have to go with store bought, I love me some Phish Food
Last week: got sick so lost 2 lbs (12 lbs total), drank too much
This week: get back to running so I don't get skinny fat
Goals: 30 lbs (40% completed!!!!)
Favorite ice cream: I actually don't like ice cream (it's too cold...) but when I am forced to eat it, phish food is the best

This week: making more time to run in mornings before works. Cut the snacking before bed.
Goal: marathon November 2nd
Favorite ice cream: cookies and cream! ETA if I am in the adirondack region and a Stewarts is available I am getting Cookie Brownie Sundae.
Plan to keep walking, calorie counting.
I want to get to a healthy weight, drink less overall and have more energy.
I love all ice cream, but a good chocolate in a waffle cone sounds perfect.
Now to me, I'm still working out and eating right. I'm doing the iffym plan and I like a lot better than eating 1200 calories a day. Check it out ladies...www.iifym.com. I'm at a 17 lb weight loss and still got 30 lbs to go.
