midnight snack

So, I have tried to only have healthy food in the house and I wanted something sweet last night and sugary and fruit wasn't cutting it. Well apparently animal crackers dipped in icing we had left over from my daughter's bday a few weeks ago, totally did the trick. Now, I must resist buy icing because I think I could dip anything in it and be on cloud 9!

  • I've been doing graham crackers spread with Nutella!  YUM  But in the MOTN I usually get a glass of chocolate milk :)

  • I keep drinking chocolate milk even though it makes me..ahem...gassy...lol
  • I was at a concert last night and there was a vendor with mini donuts fresh dusted in cinnamon and sugar! I broke down and got them...I ate 8!!!! 8!!! @-)

  • We don't have chocolate to make chocolate milk maybe I'll buy some cocoa powder (the sugar free kind) mix it with some almond milk and a banana sounds good!

  • I don't know if they have Dunkaroos anymore I do remember loving them, but I wouldn't give them to me kids. :( I have gotten more lenient with what they eat but I still try to keep out as much processed food as possible. Which is why I was excited to find icing, I forgot it was there.

  • I always said that oreos were the only food that I had zero control with. Then that article came out and I felt sooo validated!! 
    I generally try and stay away from lots of sugar but I've been having desserts most nights and it's kind of bad. I do eat very healthy overall so I'm trying to just go with it, be smart but not obsess. 

    MMMmmm, oreos. And also those Ruffles sound good too.
