Rec your sippy cup

G does well with the Playtex sippy cups with the handles. Problem is she also like to chuck/bang them and they keep cracking on the bottom and leaking. Anyone have better luck with another brand?

I use the nuby one that transitions from bottle nipple to regular sippy. I also have a diff nuby she likes but gets too much liquid to handle yet.

Just don't buy it and use it and then return it ;-) lol

I love the Mam sippy that we have. DS has banged it around plenty, and no cracks so far!

We used the munchkin ones with the twins but we didn't introduce the sippy until they were almost a year old. This time around I bought avent sippies. I'm still not sure how I feel about them yet.

She started with the nuby but we are trying out the playtex today. The nuby was a bit heavy and she kept dropping it when trying to point it upwards to get water out. The playtex seems a bit lighter, so we'll see! She's digging it so far =D>

If she can't hold a bottle yet, we also really liked the Born Free with the handles -- the handles come off so she can keep using it as a sippy once she doesn't need them anymore.

I've used these as well. LO seems to like them just fine, but I feel like the flow is so much faster than the slow flow nipples.

Dumb question but are you all just using water in these or bm/formula also? We've also used a straw cup, she's figured out how to suck water out of it. And would really like to give her milk out of it also, because lately she only wants to drink her bottle sitting up.

We use water and breast milk. She holds a bottle really well, but sometimes has a hard time with the cups without handles and flips them upside down and chews on the bottom. I only give her breast milk in the one with the handles and straw so it doesn't get wasted.

I'd keep using the Playtex, but she keeps breaking them! She apparently doesn't know her own strength!

My vote is the nubys my LO throws it across the room and it still does not leak.

We use the Nuby with the square shaped nipple top thingie. She chews on sippy cup nipples, even if they are the same shape as a bottle nipple . The square one works because when she bites down the water comes out, then she starts sucking. With the rest of them she just chews.
