  OP - sex and gender are not interchangeable. Yes there are those in the medical profession that still say gender but there is a difference.   I for one have a sex party today (A/S) and a sex party on Friday (bachelorette). The gender party is too many years away for me to stress about right now.

  I did not even think about the difference between gender and sex. Everyone around me has been saying gender so that is just what I went with. Sorry.
