RPL Testing Question

Hi ladies-  Just wanted to start out by saying I miss you guys!  Work has been absolutely insane and required more travel and evening/weekend hours lately and it's really cutting in on my bump time.  It's great at helping me keep busy while we're on the bench, but I miss you ladies :)

So we went to get my blood taken for the thrombolytic testing today.  I know there was some blood drawn while I was in the hospital but I don't have the detailed listing of that right now (I can probably make a general guess based on what she initially drew with my last loss but it would just be a guess right now). This batch had to wait until the HCG was totally out of my system.  Below is the list of what will be tested from what was taken today. It was about 8-9 vials, I believe (I tried not to watch!).  I know RPL testing is VERY extensive and some of it may not apply based on my history but just wondering if anything jumps out as 'missing'?  The plan is to get these results as well as our pathology results from the hospital and all of that will get passed along for my MFM referral to make a plan.  I'm sure that, depending on the results, the MFM could order more testing if needed- just wondering if there's any other testing that others would expect to see?  Any insight is appreciated- thanks ladies!

I've had the RPL testing done and the only thing that I don't see on there that I went through was an HSG to check for structural issues.  One other thing that could be helpful to check is your progesterone levels after ovulation.  I think they typically check that around 7dpo.  I myself never had that checked during a TTC cycle, but I have heard of other ladies on here having that checked. FX for answers.

That looks like exactly the same RPL panel we did.  I know it is standard protocol to repeat the anticardiolipin antibody tests 6-8 weeks later if they come back out of the normal range because they can't make a diagnosis based on just one draw.  Just wanted to give you a heads up in case they didn't tell you that already.  I'm keeping my FX that you get some answers.  We all deserve them.

    ***Child mentioned***

Thanks ladies!  I know some had mentioned having something like 20+ vials drawn for testing, so just wanted to make sure there wasn't something obviously missing.

I had an HSG back in 2011 before I conceived my daughter (I had a vaginal septum and my OB wanted to make sure it was just a small septum and didn't cause any issues with my overall uterine structure).  All was good then and the septum was removed after I delivered her. I figured that it hadn't been checked since then since I've not had issues getting pregnant, just getting past 2nd tri in my subsequent pregnancies, but I wonder if the MFM may recommend one just to see if anything has changed.

My progesterone was checked along with my betas early in my last pregnancy and was where it should be- for any of those with experience with testing those in early pregnancy- did you have it tested again post loss?  I just assumed that since it was where it should be early pregnancy, it wouldn't be a factor to consider but I could be totally wrong on that.

Thanks @ellebelle2384 - she didn't mention the repeat of the anticardiolipin antibody but maybe she figures that I'll be doing my consult with the MFM at that point and she would do the comparative draw?

Our karyotyping was normal, so when I asked my OB what she would think was going on if there were no abnormalities shown in my testing- she said that she thinks it would be a 2nd fluke cord malformation, which almost scares me even more than if there is something specifically wrong with the clotting, etc since at least the majority of those things seem to have some treatment.  Just more waiting at this point, I guess.  I O'd with my first post loss cycle last week, but my OB seemed hopeful that we'd have some answers by my next O and that I may only be 1-2 more cycles from being able to TTC again, so we're trying to stay positive.

Thank you again ladies for your responses!

Sorry about the crazy spacing- I tried to post some other testing info but it formatted strangely and I could get it to delete!

That about the number of vials they took for mine. The maternal fetal specialist I saw was mostly concerned with the Antiphospholipid one (I think) and not as much with any of the clotting factors. I hope you get some answers.
