    I defrosted chicken breasts but I have no idea how I'll prepare them.  I saw a recipe for a yummy looking worschestershire sauteed chicken I might try.

    Homemade chicken pot pie tonight here.  It's always a crowd pleaser with DH, my teenagers and even LO.  Just cut up chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, a little chicken broth and flour inside pie crusts.  It successfully gets a lot of veggies into those teenagers!

    I'm just putting some chicken on my george foreman with some seasonings and then make some veggies and mashed potatoes..and probably a salad.
