BOTB: Newbie Intro!!

Hey ladies! I’m new to the site but I’ve been lurking around
for a bit and I promise I won’t ask you to “see into my ute” (my favorite
phrase on TB so far)!
I’m 26 years old and my DBF is almost 35. We have been together for 4 years now and we recently decided to TTGP!! I’m really excited because I’ve had BOTB for the past year!!
I just turned 26 and changed my major; giving me 3 more years of college…I must be crazy! Anyway, the thought of waiting 3 more years to become a Mom just didn’t sit right with me. I had a mini meltdown the day before my birthday and confessed to BF that I had expected us to be married with at least one baby by now. He reassured me that a ring would be on the way soon (but that’s another matter for TK)!!
Finally, a few days ago, he looked right at me with a twinkle in his eye and said, “I want to make a baby” which was joy to my ears! We are hoping to conceive in September so baby can be born in June, giving me 3 months break before school begins in Fall 2015. Let’s see if Mother Nature will agree! I just went off my BC to give a month to clear from my system… in the mean time its back to condoms. DBF is NOT thrilled! I don’t mind though…I just want my August AF to come so I can start charting!! Is that weird?!?

And hell yes to June babies!! I also don't know if I could pull off summer maternity clothes...pretty sure I would look much cuter in winter! lol

Welcome!! I am a newbie too!!
We are in month 2 of TTGP and having fun!! Sometimes I get anxious about how long it will take us but overall I just concentrate on the thought of being able to have a little one running around someday!!
I am still trying to remember all the acronyms on here!!

@LaceP13 I have trouble with the acronyms too! Confession: I pasted the acronym dictionary into Word and printed it out!! Too much was going over my head! Hah! And good luck TTC!! I'm sure soon we will all be moving onto the First Tri board!! (Positive vibes to the universe!!)
