Is this lightening crotch?

So, lately but especially today I've been b feeling what can best be described as cramping in my cervix. Feels very similar to cramping after my LEEPs or ECCs, ie, after doc has messed with my cervix.
Is this what I keel hearing described as lighting crotch? Or Braxton hicks? Or is Lil Noob just being really mean to mommy with his kicks?

Lightning crotch is a sharp pain in your vagina. It sucks, especially when our delightful inside babies kick down low!
